I’m a 20-something professional and newlywed. This blog is about managing stress (hence the “no worries” part of my blog name) and leading a balanced lifestyle. For years, I focused mainly on work, but recently discovered that I haven’t been devoting enough time to having fun. This blog will document my journey towards becoming a happier and more fulfilled version of myself!
I’m also allergic to a number of foods:
– oranges, mangoes, grapes, strawberries
– tomatoes (and possibly other items in the tomato family – eggplants, potatoes and peppers)
Thankfully none of these food allergies are life threatening – I just need to be mindful of them when eating out and preparing my meals.
Overall, this blog is a means of helping me document my journey to a more balanced lifestyle, and will feature meal and recipe ideas, my workouts and tips and resources for making life easier and managing stress. There will also be lots of food photos just because I love food!
